NTE is a Trønder-owned renewables company that has produced and delivered green and renewable energy to its customers for over a hundred years. NTE supplies electricity to customers all over the country.
In addition to supplying electricity to 200,000 individual users, NTE also supplies fiber internet to 130,000 Trønders. In addition, NTE also provides electrician services, solar cell systems, electric car chargers, advisory services and energy solutions.
Mære, together with NTE, WEN Energy, Norsk landbruksrådgiving and Trøndelag County Municipality, have built an integrated solar cell system of 192 m2 on our dairy cow barn. Power that is produced is delivered to the greenhouse and provides light for the Mære tomatoes. The tomatoes are grown from this year with a large proportion of self-produced energy from the heat storage and solar cells.
