Biocoal can mean new jobs and more carbon sequestration

The seminar on biocoal that was held at Mære on 7 March 2022 focused on opportunities for business development related to biocoal. TLab and Proneo has carried out a survey and a feasibility study related to biochar and business opportunities. Biochar has great potential as a carbon trap due to the fact that the carbon is strongly bound in the biochar and can be stored in soil or other media. At the same time, the production and use of biochar can become a source of income for farmers and companies when we enter the green shift. Below you will find presentations from the seminar. Happy reading!
